At this even she wore a Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2003 nude top with stripes of crystals all over it, and fastened with 2 buckles at the back , she paired this top with Sass & Bide jeans, and gold Manolo Blahnik sandals. Gisele Bundchen wore the same top to Hollywood Takes A Bite Out Of The Big Apple event in 2003.
