Kylie was spotted around New York City, in a fabulous Emilio Pucci dress, the dress is based on a classic Pucci print from the 1960s. She kept her accessories simple with pink scallop edge Emilio Pucci sandals and sunglasses. 
Mary J Blige wore the same dress to a post BET Awards part in 2007.
