Kylie attended a Halloween party which had guests such as Fergie and Marc Jacobs, she wore a Fun World Mime costume, which has a striped top, shorts and collar, pairing it with white tights, black multistrap platform mary janes, white wig and a black bowler hat with a red ribbon around.
