Kylie arrived at the NRJ Awards in a dress that looked like it belongs at a wedding in the 80s. Choosing to wear a vintage David Fielden with a ruffle around the neckline and ruching across the body was bad enough but the worse thing was the terrible black sash around it, the dress wouldnt have been so bad without it. Her hair pulled back tightly into a bun sadly the only 2 things that arent bad in this look is her Pierre Hardy open toe pumps and her make-up.
