Kylie just tweeted this picture of her at Schlag den Raab in Germany. The dress is from Jean Paul Gaultier's Fall 2010 collection. It also appears that Kylie is wearing her gold Bridget's Back Christian Louboutin's which she has been sporting a lot recently.
