It wasnt just the sun that was shining as Kylie left her apartment in London looking rather cute in a Tibi Spring 2007 the dress is pretty but on Kylie it looks alot cuter, she matched the yellow in her dress with neon yellow sandals, a black Yves Saint Laurent "Downtown" bag and Chloe sunglasses.
