Sparkles! This look is very cute ans somewhat retro. Coming on stage singing "Loveboat" in this Jean Paul Gaultier Spring 2008 Couture jumpsuit which she got modified by adding a sailor collar and chiffon bow at the point of the slit on the front. She added a white bow to her hair which looks strange beside that huge puff of curls.
