Just when I thought she didn't have anymore Yves Saint Laurent bags this one pops up. This time carrying a beautiful white "Grand Sac Y" bow bag. Its so beautiful, quite possibly my favourite Yves Saint Laurent bag she has carried for some time, hopefully we will see her with it a lot more.
