I'm not going to lie, this dress is bit hit and miss for me. Part of me loves it for the sparkle but another part of me just thinks it is a bit too "Prom Queen". Saying that this Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2007 dress does sparkle which I adore, but with Kylie being petite I think the tulle around the bottom makes her look even shorter, where as on the model it doesnt look so "huge". I do love her hair and make-up plus her Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2007 platform sandals which are somewhere under the huge mountain of tulle.
